Eurots Dubai was founded in 2008 by Colin Thomas and Dan Garner — two British expats frustrated by the standard of home maintenance available in Dubai at the time. Promises were made and rarely kept; jobs were patched, not fixed; quotes were vague and warranties non-existent. They believed Dubai deserved better.
What started with a single van and one technician has grown — steadily, by reputation — into the largest independent home maintenance company in Dubai. We now operate a fleet of more than 50 fully equipped vehicles and employ hundreds of trained engineers, electricians, plumbers, painters and customer-care specialists.
The principles we started with have never changed: be on time, do the job properly the first time, leave the property cleaner than we found it, and stand behind every part we install. That's why our parts carry a 12-month warranty and our workmanship a 3-month guarantee — in writing, on every invoice.
